North Cyprus Airlines ((トルコ語:Kuzey Kıbrıs Hava Yolları (KKHY))) was founded by the government of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) shortly after the bankruptcy of Cyprus Turkish Airlines in June 2010. According to Turkish Cypriot authorities, 60% of all shares will belong to the private sector and 30% will be owned publicly.
